Terms of Service
1. What the service is
HeadshotPack (headshotpack.com) generates AI-rendered professional headshots from photos you upload. It is a software service, not a photography studio — outputs are synthetic images produced by an AI model, and results vary with the quality and variety of your source photos.
2. Your photos and your rights
You must own (or have permission to use) every photo you upload, and you may only generate headshots of yourself or of someone who has given you their consent. Do not upload photos of minors. You own the generated headshots and may use them anywhere, including commercially.
3. AI-generated content
Generated images are machine-made and may contain artifacts or imperfect likeness. We build the product to preserve identity as faithfully as the underlying model allows, but we cannot guarantee any specific result. Re-rolls are included with each pack for shots you do not like.
4. Credits and payments
Packs are one-time payments processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Image credits never expire. If a generation fails on our side, the unused credits are automatically returned to your balance. If a pack fails badly, contact us — we will make it right or refund it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use HeadshotPack to impersonate others, create misleading or deceptive imagery of a person without their consent, or violate any law. We may refuse or reverse service for abuse.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeadshotPack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
7. Changes
